Emergency Repairs

Use of the out of hour emergency call out service is for genuine emergencies only. These are instances where further damage could be caused to the property if it is left unattended or indeed if there is a danger to the tenant or neighbour. These would include major leaks, break-ins, broken windows or burst pipes. Typically, appliance and heating breakdowns are not regarded as emergencies that should be dealt with out of hours.

If you need to report an emergency repair during or outside office hours (after 5:30 pm - 9:30 am), holidays and the weekends, please contact us on: 0203 4577 888. If you get no answer, please leave a message with your name, number and nature of the problem and our designated agents will return your call. Please also leave the address of the property.

Non urgent repairs reported will result in call out costs being charged to the tenants.

Please do not contact agents directly to report maintenance issues, use the office line only.
